Every location, one honest scoreboard.
Company totals are where struggling sites hide. Xyzios puts every location on the same board — revenue, members, fill, at-risk, side by side — with managers scoped to their site and you seeing everything, from anywhere. From ten locations, a franchise or corporate group gets it built to their own specification.
How does Xyzios handle a multi-location studio?
Every location lands on one scoreboard, counted on the same definitions, with company totals and the outlier flagged. Managers can be scoped to their own site while the owner sees everything, new and presale locations are paced against plan, and it is one bill at one published price per location.
The pain
The company total looks fine while one site quietly slips. Each manager reports their own way, comparisons take a spreadsheet, and by the time a location's problem is visible it's a quarter old.
What Xyzios does
Compares every site on the same definitions — never averages that flatter, always per-location rates. Scopes each manager to their own boards and Tasks. Paces goals per site from that site's own history.
What changes
Weak sites surface in days, not quarters. Managers run their site from their own board; you run the company from one screen — and the next location opens on numbers, not nerve.

How Xyzios runs a portfolio.
"Members," "revenue" and "churn" mean the same thing at every location, so the Compare board is honest by construction — per-site rates recomputed from each site's own data, never averages that flatter the weak one.
Each site gets targets mapped from its own history and seasonality — a two-year-old flagship and a six-month-old newcomer are never judged on the same curve, and slips are flagged per site, early.
The AI staff drafts saves, payment notes and call lists per location. Managers see their sites' tasks; anything member-facing still waits for an approval — and the weekly brief reads the whole company, site by site.
Tasks and Chat by location
A job Xyzi finds at a site, like a class that ran with people booked and nobody checked in, goes to that site’s location managers first, then the Directors, then the owners, moving up after two untouched days. Any task you give can go to Everyone at a location, or to a role there, like the front desk at Old Town. Chat is switched on studio by studio, and where it is on, each location has its own channel. Five numbers, side by side.
A company total can look healthy while one site pays for another. Each location is set against its own payroll and rent, with the same definitions everywhere, so the comparison is fair.
The break-even headcount is an estimate from your connected books: payroll plus rent over the classes each site ran. The per-site scoreboard has the three rules that keep a comparison like this honest.
What multi-location operators ask first.
How does Xyzios handle multiple locations?
Every location lands on the same scoreboard, honestly compared — revenue, members, fill and at-risk per site, never just a company total that hides a struggling location. Goals and seasonality are mapped per location, and the AI staff drafts per location too.
Can my managers see only their own site?
Yes, for everything but one board. A location manager’s boards and Tasks open onto their own sites, while owners see everything from anywhere. The exception is the KPI board, the studio’s comparison board, which every location manager sees whole so each room can be compared with the others. The owner’s books and the forecast are never sent to them. Front-desk access is narrower still.
What does Xyzios cost for three locations?
One published price for the first location and a lower one for each additional — everything included at every site, on one bill. The first month is $99 regardless of size. See pricing for the current rates.
Do my locations need to be on the same booking platform?
Each location connects with its own credentials, and everything lands in one normalized picture with one set of definitions — so comparisons stay honest even when operational setups differ.
Can I compare locations without a spreadsheet?
That is the Compare board's whole job: per-location revenue, members, fill and at-risk on the same definitions, with rates recomputed per site rather than averaged — the honest math a spreadsheet usually gets wrong.
How does the weekly brief work with multiple locations?
It reads the whole company and then each site: what moved, which location needs attention and why, and the drafted work waiting per site — so Monday starts with the portfolio already understood instead of four tabs of reports.
We’re opening our next location — does Xyzios help before day one?
Yes. A planned or presale location gets its goals and pacing mapped from your existing sites’ history, so you open on numbers instead of nerve — and day one starts with a baseline instead of a blank board.
Can I give a task to everyone at one location?
Yes. Tick Everyone at that location when you give the task, and untick anyone to leave out. Each person gets their own copy and ticks off their own, so you can see who hasn’t done it. If any one of them can do it, give it to a role there or to the team instead, and the first to take it has it. You can also ask Xyzi, as in “give everyone at Downtown a task to read the new policy”; nothing is made until you tap Create.
