What data does Xyzios read from Mariana Tek?
Members and their status, memberships with plan and billing cycle, visits and check-ins including late cancels and no-shows, orders for memberships, packs, drop-ins and retail, class sessions with capacity, instructor and fill, and late-cancel and no-show fees. Your ad accounts, reviews and books connect alongside it.
What else can I connect besides Mariana Tek?
Google for ads, website analytics, your Business Profile and reviews; Meta for ads and Instagram; QuickBooks Online for your books; and Finta for a bank feed, which is how partner payouts that land weeks after the class get counted where they belong. A source you have not connected is simply absent from the boards, never shown as zero.
Do I have to change how I sell intro offers or packs?
No. Xyzios reads the products you already sell and you tell it once which are memberships, intro offers, packs and retail. From then on every count, from members to conversion to churn, follows your own definitions.
